You will drive program initiatives, manage delivery resources, and improve cross-functional processes in a fast-paced security environment. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to leverage AI tools to optimize decision making and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency with project management software (Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight or JIRA).
• Excellent presentation skills and written/oral communication.
• Good organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across management, clients and departments.
• Flexible to shifting priorities and timelines; proactive in project adjustments.
• Experience with AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows; PMP is a plus.

You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will be directly responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in developing and implementing our Platform Services delivery methodology. **What You'll Do:*** Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks.* Reporting and Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership.* Risk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy.
