Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead a team of project managers delivering platform deployment programs on time and within budget. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure portfolio delivery aligns with revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Experience with AI-enabled workflows and PMP is a plus, with a strong emphasis on risk-aware delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience.
• Strong proficiency with project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight or JIRA.
• Excellent presentation skills including written, oral, presentation.
• Good organizational skills including tool utilization, information collection and prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Flexible to shifting priorities and timelines in dynamic environments.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Masters in management is a plus, PMP certification is a plus.

About the Role

As the Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management), you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient use of deployment resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes. You will be directly responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in developing and implementing our Platform Services delivery methodology.

What You’ll Do

Team Management

• Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
• Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks.

Reporting and Metrics

• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership.

Risk Management

• Ensure PMO practices align with the company’s overall risk management strategy.
• Apply delivery methodology effectively, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk.

What You’ll Need

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required.
• Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA.
• Excellent presentation skills including written, oral, presentation.
• Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Masters in management discipline is a plus.
• Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus.
• This role may require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during the course of employment.

Salary and Compensation

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $195,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
