CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant to lead deployment, optimization and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications for customers.

You will engage from initial planning to go-live and ongoing support, working alongside trusted IT teams. The role emphasizes hands-on technical delivery, scripting, and API development, with opportunities to mentor others and drive security outcomes for large enterprises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and 8 years of deployment experience.
  • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and security basics.
  • Extensive experience with Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Solid background in computer and network security.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer projects.
  • Experience mentoring teammates and leading projects.
  • Willingness to travel and work across customer environments.
  • Experience using AI technologies to improve decisions and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for CrowdStrike Falcon deployment.
  • Operationalize all Falcon modules and guide customers through deployment stages.
  • Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises.
  • Utilize native and third-party deployment tools and scripting.
  • Develop and deliver custom solutions using Falcon APIs.
  • Plan customer projects and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams and integrate CrowdStrike with existing tools.
  • Support Incident Response and Forensics Collectors deployment as needed.
  • Create customer-facing collateral with Platform Professional Services.
  • Lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications. The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform & applications.

What You'll Do:

Deployment and Operations activities may include:

  • Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications
  • Assist customer with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform
  • Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
  • Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies
  • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
  • Customer project planning and status
  • Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
  • Leveraging CrowdStrike applications (Exposure Management, for example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
  • Assist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools
  • Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Platform Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateral
  • Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment, as well as experience with the following:

  • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
  • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Strong experience with presentation technical content to various audiences
  • Strong experience in computer and network systems security
  • Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
  • Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects
  • Experience mentoring team members
  • Some experience leading a team to complete projects
  • High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven
  • Potential for travel and assignment work exists
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
