Job description

HSHS is seeking a Practice Manager. The practice manager is responsible for all daily operational responsibilities including but not limited to staffing schedules, patient satisfaction and resolution of issues, oversight of provider open encounters and tasks, and delivery of high performing colleagues.

Position Specifics:
o Department: Family and Internal Medicine
o Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
o Location: Decatur, IL
o Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required.
  • Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field plus 3 years of specific, relevant experience as a clinical leader may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of specific, relevant experience as a clinical leader may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a clinic setting is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience or equivalent is required.

Pay Range:

$31.03 - $46.54

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
