Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Five years of inspections experience on federally financed multifamily housing.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for required physical inspection activities.
• Provide on-site presence at IHDA-financed developments and supervise staff.
• Administer third-party inspection contracts and vendor payments.
• Oversee data integrity across IHDA systems and audit liaison.
• Travel 15–20% for site inspections.
