Sentara Health is hiring a strategic Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting to lead informatics, analytics, and reporting for pharmacy trends across the organization.

The role is full-time and remote, requiring collaboration with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics and Compliance, while mentoring analysts and guiding PBM oversight and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience in PowerBI and Tableau preferred.
• Experience with DataBricks; financial analyses and ROI experience.
• Project Management experience required.

Overview

Sentara Health is looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This is a Full time remote position. This role will leverage knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain pharmacy reporting, support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing), and lead a team of analytical resources. This position will balance independently conducting complex analyses with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members. Close collaboration with other management in the pharmacy department, our pharmacy benefit manager, as well as coordination with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance areas will also be required. We’re seeking a leader who embodies a servant leadership style - someone who leads by example, empowers others, and fosters a collaborative environment. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $133,182.40 - $198,952.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
