A leading global investment firm with over $70 billion in assets under management is seeking a Manager of Performance Reporting to join its growing team. The firm focuses on middle-market investments across private equity, credit, real estate, and special situations. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with investment professionals and senior leadership, gaining visibility across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review external investor reports, fundraising materials, and monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Analyze and report on fund and deal-level performance including IRRs, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and other key metrics.
• Perform actual and projected liquidity analyses for investment funds.
• Participate in carry waterfall modeling and ILPA-compliant reporting.
• Review compliance filings related to performance data.
• Leverage and enhance automated reporting tools to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain models and reports for senior management and investor deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the quality and consistency of fund performance data.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting—ideally within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Strong experience in private equity, private credit, or real estate.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, etc.), fund modeling, and carry.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA, macros, and modeling techniques).
• Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator with experience collaborating across teams and levels of seniority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Familiarity with portfolio accounting systems (e.g., Investran, VPM) and data warehouse tools (e.g., Polaris) is a plus.
