Job summary
ModMed is seeking a Manager, CS Reporting and Analytics to lead a team delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into Customer Success performance. You will partner with CS leadership to align reporting solutions with business needs and drive operational efficiency and performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
- 5+ years in analytics/reporting/operations analysis and at least 2 years of management.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, and Databricks.
- Experience in SaaS or technology organizations and supporting CS/services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee analysts who design, develop, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure CS metrics and reporting frameworks provide visibility into CS performance.
- Oversee development of dashboards/reports using Salesforce, BI tools, and data platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of recurring KPI reporting and insights.
- Validate reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Operations Analysts.
