AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Service Center Manager to oversee daily PSC operations and staff, and to implement policies and strategies aligned with clinic operations and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes delivering superior patient service, recruiting and developing a capable team, and coordinating with Human Resources to ensure adequate staffing for the centralized PSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in a supervisory role or high school with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 4 years of contact center experience, 3 years in CRM, and 3 years with call center/ACD systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Service Center and staff.
• Establish policies, procedures, strategies for the PSC and align with clinics and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and execute AltaMed's Centralized Patient Service Center and collaborate with HR to recruit and hire staff.

Job Overview

The Patient Service Center Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Patient Service Center and staff. The Manager of the Patient Service Center establishes policies, procedures, strategies, and tactics for the Patient Service Center, and aligns with the clinics and regulatory compliance to ensure patient satisfaction. The Patient Service Center Manager executes tactical objectives and fulfills our commitment to superior patient service and a positive patient experience. The Patient Service Center Manager plays a critical role in planning and executing AltaMed's Centralized Patient Service Center as well as working with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor's (BA/BS) degree with 2 years of experience at a management/supervisory level or a high school graduate with 5 years of experience at a management/supervisory level is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of contact center experience, 3 years in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and 3 years working with call center/ACD phone systems.

Compensation

$83,478.29 - $104,347.86 annually
