Job summary

Acumetis seeks a Manager, Patient Services to lead high-impact engagements in patient access, hub strategy, reimbursement and support operations. You will guide cross-functional teams and shape program design to improve access and outcomes.

The role combines strategy and execution, collaborating with market access, operations, and commercial leaders to deliver measurable results for life sciences clients, with growth opportunities and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Policy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-9 years of experience in life sciences consulting, patient services, market access, hub operations, reimbursement strategy, or related healthcare field.
• Deep expertise in patient access strategy, payer/provider coverage, reimbursement pathways, affordability programs, hub services, and patient support program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop Talent and Build Teams: manage, coach, mentor consultants and analysts; provide performance feedback; foster collaborative team culture.
• Lead Strategic Client Engagements: drive patient services and hub strategy engagements; advise leaders; oversee governance and investment priorities; ensure delivery excellence.
• Design Innovative Patient Access Solutions: develop strategies to improve access, reduce time to therapy, optimize patient support programs; advise on hub operating models and partnerships.
• Grow Client Relationships and Business: support proposals, pricing, and presentations; identify opportunities for expansion; contribute market insights.
