Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients' problems, no matter where you are in the world.

ABOUT YOU

Account Managers at DEPT are executional powerhouses behind every successful campaign launch. You’re responsible for turning strategy into reality—building, QAing, and launching paid media campaigns with precision and speed across search platforms.

You thrive in the details: confirming every setting, and ensuring every campaign goes live exactly as planned. From trafficking net-new ad copy to managing creative timelines and cross-functional inputs, you’re the internal project manager that keeps launch operations running smoothly. You understand the urgency of a launch date, the importance of error-free execution, and the power of tight coordination between teams.

If something’s going live, you’re the one making sure it’s done right.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning campaign launches from planning and briefing through build, QA, activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Maintaining an advanced understanding of core paid media platforms, including Google Search, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads and UAC.
  • Developing and managing launch calendars, test plans, and campaign roadmaps that align with strategic goals and channel best practices.
  • Leading internal project management for all paid media efforts, coordinating timelines and resources to ensure timely, error-free delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed checklists and operational documentation to support consistent and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to align on launch deliverables and remove blockers.
  • Conducting thorough QA across all campaigns—verifying platform settings, audience targeting, ad copy accuracy, links, tracking setup, and budget allocations prior to go-live.
  • Overseeing post-launch monitoring to validate data integrity, flag early performance trends, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly.
  • Providing clear, proactive status updates to internal stakeholders regarding launch progress, blockers, and performance milestones.

You’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years paid search experience (Google Ads/Editor is a must; Apple Search ads a plus).
  • Experience launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing post-launch.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional things that will impress us:

  • A Google Ads certification
  • Trello or Project Management experience
  • You are an energetic and creative marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow in the marketing space.
  • You are entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Here is a snapshot of our benefits package:

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • PTO
  • Paid Company Holidays
