What you'll do...

• Manage Continuous Improvement and Packaging Innovation: Review packaging processes for cost savings and efficiency, develop objectives to maximize value.
• Support Packaging Development: Evaluate and engineer packaging considering production, location, quality, innovation, and costs. Develop strategies for new and existing products.
• Resolve Packaging Damages: Identify high damage items, collaborate on solutions, and establish best practices.
• Develop External Communications: Ensure global packaging standards, prepare presentations, and share reference materials with suppliers.
• Coordinate Activities: Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications...
