Expected pay for this position is $46.53-$54.74/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, OSF OnCall Clinics supports the daily operations and strategic objectives of assigned clinic locations. This role partners with leadership, providers, and care teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and standardized operations while delivering high-quality, safe patient care and an exceptional patient experience. The manager ensures operational efforts are maintained in alignment with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards of the operational mode. The manager is responsible for day-to-day operational oversight including staffing, scheduling, resource management, operational performance, financial stewardship, compliance, and process improvement. This role collaborates with division leadership and key stakeholders to support growth initiatives, operational excellence, standardization efforts, and the successful implementation of strategic priorities across clinic locations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related healthcare field.
Experience: Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
