Position Summary: Join Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery – Driver Platform team as a Manager to ensure seamless and efficient operations that drive the success of our last mile delivery services. Our Platform Operations pillar focuses on optimizing supply and performance operations, enhancing driver capabilities, and perfecting trip planning. Our Driver Experience pillar prioritizes fostering strong communication, engagement, and rewarding experiences for our Spark drivers. What you'll do:

What You Will Do:

1. KPI Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Define and assess transportation KPIs, streamline processes, and reduce non-value added work.
2. Data Management & Reporting: Pull, analyze, and report data using Excel, Google BigQuery, and other tools; develop actionable dashboards and reports.
3. OTD Performance: Monitor and improve On-Time Delivery metrics, identify root causes of delays, and lead daily issue-resolution meetings.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate information flow, align priorities with Product and Operations teams, and communicate insights clearly.
5. Problem Solving & Solution Design: Design solutions for last mile transportation, support large-scale programs, and pilot initiatives.
6. Defect Identification & Reduction: Identify inefficiencies in onboarding processes, manage applicant data securely, and implement improvements.
7. Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
8. Partnership Development: Develop and manage partnerships to enhance driver satisfaction and integrate new partnerships into the app.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
