Victoria's Secret is seeking a Manager of Operations & Integration to lead cross-functional international growth initiatives, shaping new franchise partnerships and market entries.

You will drive project delivery, coordinate internal and external teams, manage change and cutover execution, and report progress to senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the management of International growth projects with distortions to New Franchise Partner and New Market entries. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Partner with internal and external partner cross-functional teams to develop, manage and ensure accurate and timely completion of all project workstreams
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive decision making and execution
• Lead / support project related cross-functional issue resolution
• Lead follow-up of key action items critical to project success
• Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) activities primarily in the areas of communication and cutover execution
• Lead efforts to develop, execute and maintain scalable business processes with support functions (e.g. Production & Sourcing, Logistics/DC Operations, MP&A, Technology), within the International group and with our Franchise partners.
• Lead and support cross-brand and cross-functional teams in the realization of International projects, both start-up and scale-up.
• Deliver project status and key updates to senior leaders to gain required approvals and ensure shared understanding.
