MTM Transit is seeking a Manager of Operations in Austin, TX to lead and develop the operations team, including drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff. You will implement short- and long-term strategies to meet contractual requirements while ensuring safety and quality of service for passengers.
The role requires 4+ years in transit management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a track record of customer-focused leadership.

The Manager, Operations will play a key role in the management, training, and development of staff and implementation of short and long-term strategic processes. The Manager, Operations will oversee all aspects of the operations staff, primarily the drivers, maintenance, and dispatch staff to ensure that the daily operations and needs of the client are effective, efficient, and are completed based on contractual requirements. The Manager, Operations will strive to ensure the safest and highest quality transportation experience for our passengers while operating within the budget of the contract.
This position will be onsite daily at our Austin, Texas location
Salary Min: $95,000
Salary Max: $110,000
