Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; a Master's is preferred.
• RN licensure in the practice state.
• Minimum of five years of technical nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of safety and excellence.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
