Job summary

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse with oncology experience to provide patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced setting. The RN will apply ANA standards, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families throughout the care continuum.

Minimum 2 years oncology RN experience is highly preferred. CT licensure is required; BCLS certification must be current or obtained within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years oncology RN experience highly preferred.
• Licensed and currently registered in the State of Connecticut; clinical specialty certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Uphold ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice in all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Deliver care using evidence-based practices and professional governance guidelines.
