Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a Manager on Duty in Kissimmee, FL, to lead front desk and resort operations during the 3pm–11:30pm shift. You will resolve guest concerns, oversee VIP arrivals, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS systems like Cloudbeds or Whistle is a plus. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Join Our Team as Manager on Duty – Vacation Village at Parkway

Vacatia is looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) to be the on-site leader who keeps our resort running smoothly — and our guests coming back.

What You’ll Do

As our MOD, you’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members during your shift. You’ll oversee Front Desk and resort operations, keep everything moving behind the scenes, and step in to resolve issues before they become problems. From welcoming VIP guests to coordinating with other departments, you’ll ensure every detail of the guest experience is handled with care.

Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm

Pay rate: $20/hr

Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747
