Mercy is seeking a Manager of Site Support to lead a services organization, drive operational excellence, and develop teams across locations in Missouri. Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the St. Louis metro or Cape Girardeau, with up to 25% travel.
The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, strong project management, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across customers and business functions to achieve long-term success.
This role is responsible for leading a services organization by driving operational excellence, team performance, and exceptional customer outcomes. The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while effectively coaching and developing employees. They apply structured change management approaches to successfully lead organizational, process, and technology transformations, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
The role requires strong project management capabilities to oversee strategic initiatives, manage priorities, and deliver results on time and within scope. A high degree of technology affinity is essential to identify, implement, and optimize tools and digital solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the manager must excel in stakeholder and relationship management, building trusted partnerships across customers, teams, and business functions to achieve shared objectives and drive long-term success.

Qualifications:
