Job summary

Formlabs seeks a Robotic Systems Integration Manager to lead a high-performance, cross-disciplinary engineering team. You will define and integrate sensors, actuators, and control algorithms, bringing up prototype fleets and delivering embedded firmware across Formlabs products.

You will drive high-level architecture decisions, research new sensing technologies, and deploy resources to build a balanced, dynamic team capable of delivering state-of-the-art robotic systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to define and integrate sensing technologies, actuators, and firmware for complex products.
• Strong background in control algorithms and embedded systems for high-precision applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the System Integration team by example and drive daily technical decisions.
• Define and guide architecture for sensing technologies, actuators, and firmware across Formlabs products.
• Develop and deploy algorithms and control systems; deliver embedded firmware for physical systems.

• As the Robotic Systems Integration Manager, you will lead a high performance team of mutli-disciplenary engineers
• You and your team will be responsible for defining and integrating sensors and actuators, bringing up and maintaining prototype fleets, developing algorithms and control systems, and delivering embedded firmware for physical systems across the entire Formlabs product portfolio
