• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital, including The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, advanced cancer treatment technology, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

The Facility Risk Manager will oversee the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program at their facility/facilities. Responsibilities include developing and supporting risk management activities, implementing policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks, providing education, supporting event investigations, and supporting patient safety and quality initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Patient Safety and Risk Management within an acute hospital environment.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Healthcare-specific Risk Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or relevant experience is desired.
