Job summary

Medical City Frisco, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Manager of Respiratory Therapy to lead the respiratory care department and drive patient care excellence. You will supervise personnel, coordinate schedules, and oversee procedures while assuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NBRC-RRT certification, licensure as RRT/RCP-State, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least five years of supervisory experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Respiratory Therapy assists in managing the Respiratory Care Department to achieve departmental goals. Supervises employees, assists with schedules, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory compliance.

What qualifications you will need:
