The role requires NBRC-RRT, RRT/RCP-State, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least five years of supervisory experience.

The Manager of Respiratory Therapy assists in managing the Respiratory Care Department to achieve departmental goals. Supervises employees, assists with schedules, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory compliance.
