HTI is searching for a Project Manager for a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in industrial projects, providing detailed design and construction documentation for both new facilities and retrofits. The multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation, and electrical engineers, works closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that drive industrial growth and innovation.

What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
  • 10–15 years of project management experience in industrial or process environments.
  • Broad technical knowledge across multiple disciplines (process, mechanical, structural, electrical).
  • Experience in owner/operator settings or EPC firms preferred.
  • Ability to travel 15-30% of the time, including occasional international trips.
  • Strong leadership skills – decisive, direct, and comfortable managing client-facing conflict.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven track record in project delivery.
What Your Role Will Look Like
