Responsibilities

• Center Prospecting: research locations, survey sites, and select potential centers.
• Center Staging: identify, develop, and deploy project coordinators; coordinate field reps.
• Center Implementation: develop team members; manage projects; implement systems.
• Global Project Management: oversee thrift store, HQ, and operating center projects.
• Global Property Maintenance: inspect and score thrift, operating center, and HQ sites.

Time Requirements

With sensitivity to family needs in mind, this position will require a general expectation of 50 in-office and in the field working hours per week. Additional time will be required for special events or under special circumstances.

Travel Requirements

International travel is to be expected. Approximately 7 days of travel every 6-8 weeks. Domestic travel will vary.
