Job description

The Global Advocate serves as a strategic bridge between Every Home for Christ International (HQ) and our global network of Continental Units (CUs) and Ministry Directors (MDs). This role represents one or two regions within the global network. The Advocate ensures that every field project, report, and proposal aligns with Every Home’s mission, cultural context, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Every Home for Christ.
  • Adheres to the Biblical standards of moral conduct, Every Home for Christ Christian Community Conduct, Every Home for Christ vision statement, Every Home for Christ statement of faith, Every Home for Christ’s Employee standards and policies, Every Home for Christ’s Covenant of Harmony, and Enduring Foundations and continuously upholds the ministry in prayer.
  • Participates in our Christ – centered community through working in the HQ office and actively demonstrate Every Home cultural values.
  • Assists in the global project lifecycle, including collaborating with and support of Continental Units and Ministry Directors to review submitted projects for clarity and completeness; evaluating projects for local ministry alignment and appropriateness; analyzing project-related statistical and financial data (including budgets, outcomes, timelines, and reporting metrics) to assess viability, risks, and readiness; and conducting post-project follow-up.
  • Partners with Continental Units and Ministry Directors to strengthen project design and documentation; provides coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to elevate project quality, reporting standards, and alignment with Every Home for Christ mission and organizational expectations.
  • Communicates field information into clear, compelling, and accurate narratives aligned with organizational standards; ensures integrity, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and faithful representation of the field. This includes producing high-quality initial drafts of donor-facing project proposals and reports at the request of Advancement for their refinement and final positioning; and preparing final ministry reports and briefs for leadership and other internal stakeholders
  • Presents HQ initiatives, expectations, and standards to field leaders through meetings, conferences, and written communication. Ensures information is clear, respectful, culturally appropriate, and aligned with organizational policies and security guidelines.
  • Serves as the point of contact for assigned continent(s) to ensure communication with field offices is monitored, streamlined and not excessive.
  • Tracks projects and reporting to ensure continuity and clarity of information between field offices and HQ.
  • Collects structured and unstructured data from projects, reports, interviews, meetings, conferences, and ongoing field communication. Organizes, stores, and maintains this information within organizational knowledge-management systems.
  • Reviews and provides strategic feedback of content/information created by various departments for public view.
  • Reviews all prayer requests submitted through the International Database (IDB). Prays over each request, edits content for clarity, appropriateness, and security prior to publication
  • Collaborates with Global Operations team to provide annual conference logistics support and hosting; to include items such as travel assistance, etc.
  • Provides assistance to other Global Operation functions as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Has an active and personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Regularly attends/participates in a local church
  • Education: Associates Degree International Business, Business Administration, Global Communication or similar
  • Experience: 3-5 years of global ministry administration/operations/communication
  • Other Required Skills: Must be able to speak and write with excellent English; ethical use of AI
  • Deep alignment with the mission and Enduring Foundations of Every Home for Christ (Every, Unity, Prayer).
  • Demonstrated integrity, humility, and a service-oriented posture.
  • Emotional intelligence — self-aware, empathetic, and able to build trust and navigate relationships with cultural sensitivity and discernment

  • Strong analytical and writing skills—able to produce high-quality proposals, reports, and briefs.
  • Represent HQ with humility, clarity, and professionalism in all cross-cultural contexts.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of ministry information and history (or willingness to learn) coupled with a profound respect and understanding of cultural and religious values/functions, especially within assigned continent(s).
  • Proficiency in database navigation and reporting, Microsoft Excel, and information-management systems; ability to design and sustain organized knowledge archives.
  • Capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and contextual discernment.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security protocols.
  • Collaborative spirit; able to coordinate effectively across departments and continents.
  • Initiate and complete tasks independently, displaying flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, needs, and travel requirements.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools effectively and ethically, following AI usage policies
  • The position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and works in office 5 days per week unless traveling.
  • Must be available and able to travel internationally up to 20%

Compensation will depend on experience.
