Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the Pharmacy Department in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations, ensures efficient workflow, and supports high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and a valid Registered Pharmacist license. A Master's degree or Pharm.D. is preferred.

The Manager of Pharmacy will lead the Pharmacy Department, in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy. The Manager is responsible for the day-today operations of the Pharmacy Department.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
