We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade.

- 100% of campuses going green & ECE-2nd grade students growing an average of 1.25 years in math and reading
- 100% of seniors accepted into college
- 40% of 3rd-8th grade students meet their Accelerated Reader millionaire goal
- RMP meets its network enrollment goal
Role Mission
The Manager of Operations (MOO) will lead the execution of operational systems at the campus and network level to ensure smooth day-to-day school functioning. The MOO will report to the Managing Director of Network and School Operations and will partner closely with members of the network operations team and school leadership. Responsibilities include project management, compliance, data management, student recruitment, school scheduling, supporting school front office vacancies, and other duties as assigned.
The MOO will serve as the bridge between school-based staff and central support teams (HR, finance, IT, facilities), directly supporting goals related to student persistence, attendance, enrollment, and campus safety.
In this role, you will…
Operational Leadership & Project Management
- Support and develop network-wide initiatives around operational excellence.
- Partner with school leaders and regional directors to support campus leadership teams and Campus Operations Associates.
- Design and facilitate projects as assigned by the Managing Director of Operations.
Staff & Team Management
- Support and coach Campus Operations Associates.
- Lead professional development for operations personnel across campuses.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations for coverage support.
- Own onboarding of new operations staff.
Systems & Compliance
- Support Emergency Management response and procedures.
- Manage health/safety compliance and education regulations in partnership with the Manager of Operational Partnership.
- Develop systems of procedures for network and school operations.
Campus & Community Support
- Provide logistical support for campus events, family conferences, and celebrations.
- Support student recruitment and enrollment strategies.
- Partner with district and charter networks to ensure compliance with funding metrics.
- Collaborate with school leadership on vision execution, operational priorities, and cultural systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years in charter school operations.
- 2-3 years of managerial experience.
- Ability to travel across Denver metro area.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
- Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, PERA retirement, and paid time off.
