Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Senior Fleet Risk Operations & Project Manager to oversee project coordination, CRM system management (preferably HubSpot), and billing operations. The role is vital in ensuring the smooth delivery of safety consulting services, focusing on workflow management, process improvement, and client communication to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

A systems-oriented project manager with strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and experience in CRM platforms, billing, and process improvement. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Operational Support: Manage safety consulting projects, coordinate resources, and maintain project dashboards.
2. Communications & Content Management: Draft communications, manage digital engagement, and update social media.
3. Client & Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party vendors and support client webinars and onboarding.
4. Data Analysis & Risk Reporting: Analyze safety data, prepare reports, and support audits.
5. Billing & Revenue Operations: Oversee invoicing, coordinate with finance, and monitor billing scope.
6. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management: Optimize HubSpot CRM workflows and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Health or related experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or project management
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred
