Job summary

Vestwell in New York, NY seeks a data-driven analyst to own operational KPIs, build a unified reporting framework, and partner with the COO, Finance, data, product, and engineering teams to drive efficiency and growth.

You will translate operational issues into structured problems, develop analytic frameworks, and deliver databased recommendations that link forecasting, capacity planning, and revenue analysis. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in finance, economics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in quantitative and financial analysis, forecasting, and US GAAP principles.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner of operational KPIs by defining metrics, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a unified reporting framework
