You will standardize reporting, build scalable BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and optimize FP&A processes, partnering with IT and regional finance teams to drive KPI adoption and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A, analytics or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and financial modeling (Excel). SQL skills are strongly preferred.
• Deep financial acumen with a proven track record of analyzing P&Ls, margins, and complex operational datasets.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards that integrate financial, labor, and project data into centralized views.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple source systems for financial reporting.
• Automate FP&A workflows by replacing manual Excel processes with data pipelines and Power BI solutions.
• Perform deep-dive financial analytics to assess project profitability, margins, and revenue trends, highlighting risks.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, and regional finance teams to establish data governance and standardize KPIs.

They are seeking a strategic Finance & Analytics Manager to join their team. In this highly visible role, you will bridge the gap between finance and data, transforming complex operational datasets into actionable insights for leadership. You will play a crucial part in standardizing performance reporting, building scalable business intelligence tools, and optimizing FP&A processes across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Business Intelligence: Architect, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards that integrate disparate financial, labor, and project-level datasets into centralized, actionable views.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple source systems, ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting.
• Automated FP&A Workflows: Replace manual, Excel-heavy processes with automated data pipelines and Power BI solutions to streamline recurring reporting and increase the team's strategic capacity.
• Deep-Dive Financial Analytics: Utilize advanced data visualization to dissect project profitability, backlog conversion, and margin erosion, forecasting revenue trends and highlighting operational risks.
• Cross-Functional Data Leadership: Partner closely with IT, data engineering, and regional finance teams to establish data governance, standardize KPIs, and drive the adoption of modern analytics tools across the organization.
