Position Title: Manager of Human Resources

Position Summary: The Manager of Human Resources will lead all HR functions and initiatives to support Fidem Financial’s growth and evolving business needs. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Build and manage all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
• Partner with leadership to evolve organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain a talented, diverse workforce.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and support career development programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Implement HR technology solutions to streamline and modernize HR operations.
• Lead initiatives around employer branding and employee value proposition.
• Coach managers and leaders on best practices for team management, development, and retention.
• Prepare and manage HR budgets and provide HR reporting and analytics to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience leading HR during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices.
