Location: Remote across LATAM (preferably in Uruguay and Argentina)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manage to support the executive team and lead a talented team of three. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a focus on global contracts, compliance, and talent development. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals, promote a positive workplace culture, and foster talent growth and engagement across our multinational, remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Executive Team

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on HR matters aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR initiatives are integrated into broader business strategies.

Talent Operations

  • Manage HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance across multiple regions.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with relevant laws and regulations, including contractor compliance.
  • Resolve employee relations issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Talent Experience, Culture, and Communication

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values and promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, conduct surveys, and implement feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
  • Oversee the Culture and Communication team to drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events and activities to strengthen team engagement and reinforce company culture.

Talent Growth

  • Lead talent training programs, performance review cycles, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Support the development of leadership talent across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in talent management practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on global contracts and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR compliance across multiple international regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in key markets (U.S., LATAM).
  • Experience in leading and developing HR teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools (experience with Deel is a plus).
  • Experience working in a multinational company or within a remote/distributed workforce.
