Dassault Falcon Jet seeks a high-caliber Manager of Financial Reporting to join the DFJ financial reporting team in Florida. This role drives the preparation of monthly consolidated financials, US GAAP reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and executive-level summaries.

You will own the closing process, reporting systems administration, and support for year-end activities. The ideal candidate has CPA credentials and 10+ years in financial reporting, with SAP and Longview experience.

• 10+ years of financial reporting and corporate accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or required.
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP) and Longview is desirable.

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and expense reports for senior management.
• Prepare semi-annual reporting package with balance sheet accounts and consolidation package.
• Prepare annual standalone consolidated financial statements and related footnotes per US GAAP.
• Manage Longview reporting system, reports, version and period control; generate ad hoc reports.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and maintain close calendar.
• Prepare monthly chairman’s report and other executive summaries.
• Act as point of contact for external auditors during year-end and interim reviews.

Job Summary

We are looking for very motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Reporting to join the DFJ financial reporting team. This role is responsible for the preparation of the monthly consolidated financials, reporting packages, US GAAP financial statements, handling of intercompany reconciliations, chairman reports, reporting system administration/maintenance, and supporting the monthly and year-end close activities to ensure timely reporting.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions)

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and expense reports for presentation to senior management
• Preparation of the semi-annual reporting package which includes a complete book (Vignette) on balance sheet accounts, and the consolidation package to the parent company
• Responsible for preparation of the annual standalone consolidated financial statements and related financial statement footnotes as per US GAAP
• Reporting system Longview administrator, maintaining the reporting tool, key reports generated from system, version and period management. Assist with the setup and maintenance of system generated reports. Ad hoc reporting from the Longview tool for different business units
• Lead month end and year-end close process/activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, maintenance of the close calendar
• Prepare monthly chairman’s report and other executive level summaries
• Point of contact for the external auditors, for the year-end audit and mid-year review
• Prepare corporate accounting related journal entries, allocations of Corporate G&A, inter/intra company balancing transactions, elimination entries, and others
• Assist in technical accounting research and documentation for new pronouncements and transactions; prepare memos for internal/external use
• Leader of ASC842 lease accounting, initial lease assessments and recording, reconciliation review, and rent analysis
• Performing variance analysis actuals to forecast and budget
• Responsible for key controls related to financial reporting
• Responsible for maintaining the consolidated month-end close checklist for all groups to ensure completeness and accuracy during the close process

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• CPA required
• 10+ years of financial reporting and corporate accounting experience
• Prior experience with SAP or another large ERP system
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Ability to take on projects without the need for close supervision or direction
• Experience with excel add-ins,
• Experience with Longview system

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $125,000 and $155,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
