Job summary

The role will involve cross-functional collaboration, nurturing wholesale partnerships, developing tailored event strategies, and overseeing VIC benefits and clienteling initiatives to translate relationships into recurring high-value purchases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of wholesale and retail events, activations, product launches, and in-store client experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing to align events with brand priorities and commercial objectives.
• Build and strengthen wholesale partnerships to maximize event participation, client engagement, and sales performance.
• Develop event strategies tailored to each retail partner, market, and client opportunity.
• Travel as needed to oversee priority events, ensure elevated execution, and support VIC moments.
• Manage the brand’s gifting strategy ensuring initiatives are thoughtful, impactful, and aligned with the Cinq à Sept brand.
• Establish event goals and measure results, including attendance, engagement, sales, and ROI.
• Develop and own the VIC program across both retail and wholesale channels.
• Identify opportunities to acquire, cultivate, and retain high-value clients.
• Partner with store and sales teams to develop clienteling strategies translating VIC relationships into repeat purchases.
• Design and manage VIC benefits, exclusive previews, gifting, personal appointments, and curated experiences.

Position Overview

The Manager, Events & VIC will lead the brands event strategy and VIC program, creating elevated experiences that deepen client relationships, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive revenue across both wholesale and retail channels

Key Responsibilities

Events & Activations

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all wholesale and retail events, activations, product launches, and in-store client experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure event initiatives are aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives.
• Build and strengthen wholesale partnerships to maximize event participation, client engagement, and sales performance.
• Develop event strategies tailored to each retail partner, market, and client opportunity.
• Travel as needed to oversee priority events, ensure elevated execution, and support key VIC moments.
• Manage the brand’s gifting strategy ensuring all initiatives are thoughtful, impactful, and aligned with the Cinq à Sept brand.

VIC Program

• Develop and own the Cinq à Sept VIC program across both retail and wholesale channels.

• Partner with store and sales teams to develop individualized clienteling strategies that translate VIC relationships into repeat, high-value purchases.
• Design and manage VIC benefits, exclusive previews, gifting, personal appointments, and curated experiences

Salary $130,000-$150,000
