The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) is seeking a Development Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee donor relations, external communications, and our online presence. You will work under the Development Director to cultivate supporters and drive fundraising initiatives.

You will manage donor communications, events, and stewardship strategies, coordinating with staff and partners to expand philanthropic support for TCH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in non-profits, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Arizona Driver's License and clean MVR; ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Plan and execute donor events and track fundraising outcomes.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ?

Outside of your daily work, you will have an impact in the lives of our supported individuals. You will support TCH's fundraising goals by managing donor communications, stewardship, and engagement strategies. Working under the direction of the Development Director, this position oversees donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database while identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. The Development Manager also plans and executes donor events, tracks fundraising outcomes, and collaborates with staff and community partners to strengthen philanthropic support for TCH.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in non-profits, sales, marketing or related fields; five (5) years of related work experience; an Arizona Driver's License and clean MVR; and the ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
