Job summary

The Centers for Habilitation/TCH is seeking a Development Manager to advance fundraising goals and tell our story through marketing, digital channels, and donor engagement. You will support donor relations, communications, the website, social media, and the donor database, ensuring coordinated messaging and data-driven outcomes.

You will plan and execute donor events, track fundraising results, and collaborate with teammates and partners to expand philanthropic support for TCH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in non-profits, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

The Development Manager also plans and executes donor events, tracks fundraising outcomes, and collaborates with team members and community partners to strengthen programs and philanthropic support for TCH.
