Job Purpose:

Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships and helping others succeed in selling innovative products? ESET is seeking a Manager of Channel Partnerships to strengthen and expand our existing partner network within the consumer channel space.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to retail, eTail, and OEM accounts—helping them understand, market, and sell ESET’s cybersecurity solutions. Your goal? Deepen relationships, drive partner success, and extend our reach through meaningful collaboration.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or consumer tech who enjoys building partnerships and enabling success.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team focused on growing and deepening partnerships across consumer channels—empowering partners to market and sell our products and driving customer acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with Retail, eTail, and OEM partners.
  • Educate partners on effectively selling ESET’s cybersecurity products.
  • Develop joint business plans and sales enablement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute partner campaigns.
  • Increase brand visibility through retail merchandising and in-store marketing.
  • Support partners with POS materials and co-branded content.
  • Gather feedback to refine partner programs.
  • Align local strategies with global business objectives.

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in retail channel management or partner development, preferably in tech or software industries.
  • Experience managing retail campaigns, including in-store and digital initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to educate and empower partners to sell complex products.
  • Experience creating joint business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Comfort working with marketing, sales, and global teams.
  • Understanding of retail merchandising and marketing dynamics.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related tech fields preferred.
  • Data-driven approach to strategy and program optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
