As a Salesforce System Integrator, we collaborate closely with Salesforce to drive digital transformation for our clients. We are looking for a Director, Salesforce Channel Partnerships, to lead our Salesforce partner strategy, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration.

Job Summary:

As the Director, Salesforce Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact partnership strategy with Salesforce. You will establish and maintain executive-level relationships with Salesforce’s leadership, Account Executives (AEs), Solution Engineers (SEs), and Partner Managers to drive business opportunities, co-sell deals, and optimize partner incentives. Your goal is to increase lead flow, expand our influence within the Salesforce ecosystem, and maximize revenue through strategic alliances.

  1. Develop and execute a Salesforce Partner Growth Strategy to scale revenue through strategic collaboration.
  2. Build and nurture executive-level relationships with Salesforce leadership, AEs, SEs, Partner Managers, and Alliances Teams.
  3. Identify and drive high-value co-selling opportunities while positioning our firm as a preferred Salesforce partner.
  4. Leverage Salesforce’s Partner Programs, Incentives, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) to enhance our market positioning and business growth.
  5. Serve as the primary executive liaison for all Salesforce-related engagements and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  6. Lead Salesforce partner enablement initiatives and represent the company at high-profile Salesforce events, partner meetings, and industry forums.
  7. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align strategy and execution with business objectives.
  8. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, including revenue impact, pipeline growth, and partner-driven deal conversions.
  9. Educate internal stakeholders on Salesforce’s ecosystem, sales motions, and partnership opportunities to optimize collaboration and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 10+ years of experience in channel management, alliances, or partner leadership, with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Strong understanding of Salesforce’s partner landscape, sales processes, and enterprise co-selling models.
  3. Proven experience in executive relationship management and strategic partnership development.
  4. Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and drive business outcomes through strategic partnerships.
  5. Experience leveraging MDFs, partner incentives, and joint go-to-market programs to scale business growth.
  6. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partnership performance.
  7. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, work independently, and drive measurable results at the executive level.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Previous leadership experience within a Salesforce System Integrator (SI) or ISV partner company.
  2. Expertise in Salesforce Partner Community, PRM tools, and co-selling enablement platforms.
  3. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Partner Program certifications) are a plus.

Education:

  1. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
