CFS, based in Daytona Beach, FL, seeks a Director of Accounts Payable to lead a critical AP operation, drive process improvements, and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasizes strong controls, vendor management, and collaboration with finance leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive AP leadership experience, deep knowledge of ERP systems like SAP/Workday, and advanced Excel skills to optimize workflows and ensure accurate, timely payments during month-end close and audits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-volume or multi-entity environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AP team focused on accuracy and timely execution.
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve escalated issues, and maintain vendor master data integrity.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support month-end close, audits, and reporting requirements.
