Qualifications

• BSN degree required and registered to practice.
• MHA, MBA, or MSN completed within 5 years of start date.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.

A7 is a 29-bed unit within our Comprehensive Stroke Center, caring for stroke, neuro-medical, cardiac, seizure, multisystem failure, and atrial fibrillation patients. This role provides 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for the unit and oversees a team of registered nurses, nursing assistants, nurse technicians, unit clerks, and a Resource Nurse Clinician (Educator).

Your Responsibilities Include

• Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to addressefficiencies
• Promote and maintain patient-centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive andinclusive.
• Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations andclinical guidelines.
• Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership insetting nursing practice standards.
• Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks

• BSN
• MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
