Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Manager of Nursing to lead a team of experienced professionals delivering high-quality nursing services. This role oversees policy and strategy implementation for short-term results and leads the execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, at least 5 years as an RN with 1 year in a clinical specialty, and an active NC RN license (or Compact state).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS (CPR) certification.
