Remedy Recruitment seeks a Nurse Manager for an Ambulatory Surgery Center with four OR rooms, focused on spine, pain, podiatry, and joints. You will lead the perioperative team, oversee room flow, and work with surgeons to maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, daily OR presence, and the ability to implement positive changes while ensuring regulatory compliance. Compensation reflects a $120k–$160k range with generous PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee room flow with two ANMs and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure equipment is ordered and ready for daily operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff on quality improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train and be in the rooms daily to understand the center and staff.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards (AAAHC & DOH).

Are you an experienced Operating Room (perioperative) nurse that has leadership (Assistant Nurse Manager, Team leader, Manager or Director) in the Ambulatory Surgery center ?

DETAILS--

A Surgery Center that is owned mostly by surgeons, has an opportunity for a Nurse Manager to oversee an ambulatory surgery center. The ASC has 4 OR rooms, mostly spine and pain management, podiatry and total joints. Very busy and robust center with 100 FTE's.

• Leadership team all been employed for 5+yrs: Administrator understands the importance of balancing the responsibilities. Promoted from within, lovely person!!
• Responsibilities will be, along with the assistance of TWO ANM's, to oversee the flow of the rooms, help out with scheduling, ensuring appropriate equipment is ordered and ready, and work with the surgeons and staff on quality improvement initiatives.
• The Manager focus on the operations, however this nurse must be able to cross-train and be in the rooms daily to fully understand the center & the staff.
• State of the ART Facility ! Doctors AND staff love working here, have all the bells and whistles to have the best outcome.
• The Manager is able to help implement effective changes with minimal obstacles .
• Manager will be working with the Administrator on regulatory standards to ensure the staff and surgeons are following them for accreditation/ survey AAAHC & DOH.

SALARY and BENEFITS--

• Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000
• Coverage medical: 90% for individual, 80% for indiv plus one, 70% for family
• Generous PTO time!
