Job summary

Green Key Resources in Phoenix seeks a Lead Nurse Manager/Director to oversee clinical operations and nursing excellence at a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. You will establish a strong nursing culture, protocols, and a cohesive team structure to ensure optimal patient care.

Collaborating with medical staff, you will develop and implement nursing policies aligned with accreditation standards, recruit and onboard nursing personnel, and manage operations, budgeting, and regulatory

Qualifications

  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is required.
  • RN licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain licensure.
  • 3–5 years in a Nurse Manager or Director role in an ASC.
  • Orthopedic operating room nursing proficiency preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and surgical scheduling systems.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
  • Experience with new facility openings or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and clinical guidelines.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise RNs and surgical technologists.
  • Oversee patient care, safety, and satisfaction throughout the surgical continuum.
  • Manage nursing operations, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, state licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia staff to optimize workflows.
  • Establish quality assurance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead orientation and clinical education for perioperative staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing, administration, and medical staff.

Job Requirements
