Duke Energy is seeking an Electrical Manager for the McGuire Nuclear Station Operations Support Engineering team. You will lead degreed engineers, guide technical work, and ensure safe, reliable power generation at a critical nuclear site.
Reporting to the Engineering General Manager, you will oversee engineering activities, support troubleshooting, and drive fleet/site initiatives while fostering staff development and safe work practices.

The open position is for the McGuire Nuclear Station (MNS) Operations Support Engineering (OSE) – Electrical Manager.
This position reports to the Engineering General Manager and manages a staff of engineers who provide support to the station in the area of Electrical Engineering.
Necessary overall nuclear background to determine when to call consultants and contractors for dealing with complex problems beyond the scope of owner-organization expertise.
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
