Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager NICU, located in Madison, WI. The Manager NICU will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) ensuring high-quality care for newborns. This role includes the administration of staff schedules, coordination with healthcare professionals, implementation of care strategies, oversight of patient care, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The Manager NICU will also handle budgeting, resource management, and staff training and development to enhance team performance.

Qualifications
  • Nursing leadership experience specifically in a NICU setting
  • Strong skills in staff management, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Ability to develop and implement care strategies and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and patient care oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with various healthcare professionals
