Job summary

Corsica Wine Bar is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee service standards, staff performance, and adherence to safety and quality policies.

The role requires 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time on-site position in Darien, CT with opportunities to grow within the venue.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical restaurant experience preferred.

Requirements

Working Conditions

• Hours may vary if manager must fill in for his/her colleagues or if emergencies arise
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
• Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
• Operate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment

Education/Experience
