Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Manager of Modern Endpoint Management to lead the enterprise endpoint strategy, lifecycle management, and operational maturity across mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and virtual endpoints.

The role unifies mobility and desktop operations under a single governance model while setting standardized frameworks, modern management practices, and security baselines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of UEM, Intune, and modern management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and ADE.
• Familiarity with security baselines and Zero Trust.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise endpoint strategy across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for device management.
• Lead end-to-end device lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, deployment, and retirement.
• Design zero-touch provisioning workflows using Autopilot and ADE.
• Standardize OS deployment images and configuration baselines.
• Drive KPIs, SOPs, and automated workflows to improve service delivery.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support to Service Desk and Ops teams.
• Manage vendor relationships with mobile carriers and OEMs.
