Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Manager – Modern Endpoint Management to lead the enterprise endpoint strategy, lifecycle management, and security baselines across mobile and desktop devices.

You will drive cloud-native management (Intune) migration, zero-touch provisioning, and standardized images to deliver scalable, compliant endpoint operations. The role reports to the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis and requires 5+ years in IT operations with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of IT operations with endpoint management focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT projects and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Azure AD integration.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, ADE, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise.
• Proven ability to establish governance, KPIs, and runbooks for endpoint services.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and Defender for Endpoint integration.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise endpoint strategy across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management including provisioning and retirement.
• Migrate from on-premises management to cloud-native solutions (Intune).
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for device enrollment and configuration.
• Ensure security baselines and policy deployment across all devices.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications via the UEM platform with automation.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation and lead KPI reporting for endpoint services.
